About the event
Enjoy a Tex-Mex dinner with chips and queso, plus veggie, chicken, and beef fajitas with all the fixings. Sip sangria, take in the Austin skyline, and spend the evening connecting with the Camp Fire community.
At 7:00 PM, we’ll set out to see one of Austin’s most iconic sights—the bat colony emerging from the Congress Avenue Bridge. Watch thousands of bats take flight for their nightly feeding before the evening concludes at 9:00 PM.
All proceeds directly benefit Camp Fire Central Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting youth with the outdoors through high-quality STEAM-based programs. From afterschool adventures to Camp Balcones, our beloved summer day camp at Emma Long Park, your support helps local kids discover their spark, connect with nature, and become confident leaders.
